Umatilla Electric Cooperative scored an 86 out of 100 points in the latest American Customer Satisfaction Index report. Administered by the University of Michigan, this score is a reflection of the quality of products and services provided and compares UEC to other companies nationwide that have participated in a similar survey. UEC’s score was higher than the national average of 75 for electric cooperatives and 73 for U.S. natural gas and electric service providers as a whole.
